The App’s data is stored only on your device, and we do not collect any personal information. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the App’s software, interface, icons, and text belong to us or to their respective owners. 9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the App running safely and reliably, but the App is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee that it will be completely free of errors or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any data loss or damage that is not caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, including loss or damage resulting from a lost or damaged device, a forgotten password, data that was not backed up, or the failure of third-party services (including Apple’s system services). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the 12 months before the loss occurred.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. About Apple

These terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Any matters not covered by these terms are governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for the purposes of these terms, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people’s court with jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page, and the dates at the top will be updated. If an update involves subscription prices or significant changes to your rights, we will point it out in the App’s release notes. By continuing to use the App after an update, you accept the updated terms.
